
This creamy Navratri special fruit custard recipe is so good that you’ll keep making all 9 days 🍓🥭 Ingredients: 1 cup makhana (fox nuts) 1 ripe banana 1.5 cups milk Few strands saffron (kesar) 6–8 almonds 6–8 cashews 1–2 tbsp mishri (as per taste) Chopped fruits of your choice. Crushed almonds (for topping) Steps: Lightly roast makhana till crisp. Soak roasted makhana + banana + saffron + almonds + cashews + mishri in warm milk for 20 mins. Blend all of these. Add chopped fruits in a bowl. Pour the blended mixture over fruits. Top with crushed almonds and pomegranate. Chill for 20–30 mins (optional but tastes better)
