
Holi is incomplete with some Thandai! This paan thandai is a twist to the regular one and trust me, it’s the besttt! Recipe - Almonds - 1/4th cup Cashews - 1/4th cup Pistachios - 1/4th cup Poppy Seeds/Khas Khas - 2 tsp Watermelon Seeds - 2 tsp Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp Peppercorn - 10 Cardamom/ Elaichi - 4 Dried rose petals - 4 tsp Soak the above for 2 hours in some water Add the above after soaking to a pestle and mortar or use a blender To this also add: 2 paan leaves 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp Gulkand Now keep crushing it/blending till it forms a paste Add this paste along with milk and saffron infused water Enjoy the Thandai chilled!
