
Trust me, this is the only tomato chutney recipe you need! Ingredients: 2 medium tomatoes 1 small onion 3–4 garlic cloves 1 green chilli 2 tbsp fresh coriander Salt to taste 1–2 tsp oil Method: Heat oil in a paniyaram pan. Add garlic, tomato, onion, green chilli. Cook on medium heat until soft and slightly charred at the edges. Let everything cool. Transfer to a blender, add coriander and salt. Blend to a smooth or slightly coarse chutney (as you prefer)
