Kurukshetra is a place where history, mythology, and spirituality, can be experienced in every nook and corner. One of the gems of Kurukshetra is the Shri Devikoop Bhadrakali Temple, one of the 52 shaktipeeths. It is believed that the right ankle of Sati fell here. It is also believed that the Mundan ceremony of Krishna and Balaram was performed here.
