A lot of people are lean but still look bloated because their ribs are constantly flared. 3️⃣ Stop lifting your legs. In leg raises, the magic happens when your hips curl up, not when your legs go up. 4️⃣ Train abs like any other muscle. Add weight. Progressively overload. Stop doing 100 random reps. 5️⃣ Build your deep core too. L-sits, hollow holds and dead bugs can make a bigger difference than endless crunches. Most people know how to train abs.
