Went to Madina from Jeddah for Friday Prayers @haramainrailway Alhamdulillah I just experienced something truly magical. One morning, I boarded the Haramain High Speed Railway from Jeddah to Madinah for Friday prayers, and honestly? This journey changed how I think about pilgrimage travel. The Haramain Express isn’t your average train. It’s the world’s fastest electric railway connecting the two holiest cities in Islam-Makkah and Madinah-with speeds hitting 300 kilometers per hour. As someone who’s made this trip by road (which takes 5-6 grueling hours), stepping into Jeddah Al-Sulimaniyah Station felt like entering the future of Saudi Arabia tourism. The boarding experience was seamless. Everything about this high-speed train screams modern infrastructure. Within minutes, we’re accelerating through the Saudi landscape at speeds I’ve never experienced on land before.
