Ingredient details as below - Ragda Masala: 25 Red chillies 3 Tbsp Coriander seeds 2 Tbsp Black pepper 2 Tbsp Cumin seeds 1 Tbsp Fennel seeds 1-1/2 Tsp Carom seeds Ajwain 2 Tbsp Chaat masala powder 2 Tsp Maggi masala powder 1 Tsp Black salt Soak Tamarind - Kokum in hot water for 1/2 hour Whole White peas or White Vatana - 1 Cup Potatoes 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Oil 1 Small size Onion 1/2 Tsp Ginger paste 1 Tsp garlic paste Curry leaves Green chillies 2 -1/2 Tsp Ragda Masala Lemon juice 1 Tsp Green chutney 1 Tsp NOTE : WASH AND SOAK WHITE PEAS FOR 8 HOUR/ PRESSURE COOK FOR 3-4 WHISTLES OR UNTIL SOFT. COOK RADA ON MEDIUM TO HIGH HEAT FOR 7-8 MINUTES ONLY. LEAVE ASIDE FOR 1/2 HOUR FOR BEST FLAVOURS.
