Makkhan Mousse Shots 😍 Mitti ke kulhad + creamy mousse = pure bliss! “मक्खन का स्वाद, त्योहार की मिठास – with Engine Brand Oil 💛 🛒 Ingredients for Makhan Mousse Shots with Peanut Praline (4–5 servings) For Peanut Praline: Roasted peanuts – ¼ cup (peeled) Sugar – 3 tbsp Groundnut oil – 1 tsp For Mousse Base: Fresh white butter – 3 tbsp Cream cheese – 2 tbsp (room temperature) Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp (ya taste ke hisaab se) Saffron strands – 5–6 (1 tbsp warm milk me soaked) Whipping cream – ½ cup (chilled) 🍳 Recipe – Makhan Mousse Shots with Peanut Praline 1️⃣ Peanut Praline: Ek non-stick pan me 1 tsp groundnut oil garam karein, ¼ cup roasted peanuts daalein aur 1–2 min roast karein. Ab 3 tbsp sugar sprinkle karein aur medium flame par melt hone dein. Jaise hi sugar golden caramel ban jaye, peanuts ko achhi tarah coat karein aur turant parchment paper par spread karein. Thoda thanda hone par coarse crush karein. 2️⃣ Mousse Base: Ek bowl me 3 tbsp fresh white butter, 2 tbsp cream cheese, saffron daal kar smooth blend karein. Dusre chilled bowl me ½ cup whipping cream ko soft peaks tak beat karein, phir is whipped cream ko gently butter–cream cheese mixture me fold karein taaki mousse airy rahe. 3️⃣ Assembly: Small terracotta matki ya shot glasses me mousse pipe karein. Upar se crushed peanut praline sprinkle karein, chopped pistachios aur saffron strands se garnish karein.
