Butter Chicken Mac & Cheese – The ULTIMATE Fusion Made this creamy Butter Chicken Mac & Cheese with San Vito Lumaca Rigata for that perfect bite! 🍝🧀" ✅ Method Step 1: Marinate & Cook Chicken 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. 2. Add chicken pieces, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 mins. 3. Heat oil/butter in a pan, fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside. Step 2: Prepare White Sauce 1. In a saucepan, melt butter. 2. Add maida and cook for 1 min (don’t burn). 3. Slowly add milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Step 3: Make Butter Chicken Gravy 1. In a pan, heat butter and a little oil. 2. Sauté chopped onions until golden. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste, then tomato, coriander stem , ginger cloves , 2 inch garlic , cashews and cook till oil separates and grind it into a smooth paste. 4. Add spices (red chili, coriander, garam masala), salt, kasuri methi and mix well. 5. Add fried chicken pieces, white sauce mix 6. Cook on low flame for 5 mins till gravy is creamy. 4. Cook till it thickens slightly. Step 4: Combine 1. Add boiled pasta to butter chicken gravy. 2. Sprinkle Italian herbs and toss gently. 3. Add lots of cheese of your choice Step 5: Assemble & Bake 1. Transfer mixture into a greased glass baking dish. 2. Top generously with grated cheese. 3. Bake at 180°C for 10–15 mins until cheese melts and top turns golden brown.
