Eggless Red Velvet Loaf Cake with creamy cheese frosting! Made this soft & fluffy Red Velvet Cake using Nandi Maida – and trust me, the texture says it all! ❤️ Order nandi products from here : https://linktr.ee/ecavo Ingredients: Milk - 1/4 cup Vinegar - 1 tsp Sugar - 1/2 cup Curd - 1/2 cup Melted butter - 1/4 cup All purpose flour - 1 cup Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Red gel food colour - 2 drops For cheese topping Cream cheese - 200 gm (room temperature) Butter - 50 gm (room temperature) Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup Method- Let’s make a soft and eggless Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese frosting! Start by mixing ¼ cup milk with 1 tsp vinegar and let it sit for 5 minutes. In the same bowl, add ½ cup sugar, ½ cup curd, and ¼ cup melted butter. Whisk until smooth. Now sift in 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp baking soda. Mix well to form a lump-free batter. Finally, add 2 drops of red gel food colour and give it a final mix. Pour the batter into a greased tin and bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes. For the frosting, beat 200 gm room temperature cream cheese with 50 gm soft butter and ½ cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Once the cake cools, spread the frosting evenly.
