Take a pause, breathe, and remind yourself it’s temporary. 2️⃣ Find the Root Cause – Are you stuck because of backlog, lack of clarity, no routine, or self-doubt? Identifying this is half the solution. 3️⃣ Return to NCERT – Don’t overcomplicate prep with too many books. NEET = NCERT backbone, especially for Biology. 4️⃣ 7-Day Reset Plan – Instead of planning months, focus on 1 week. Pick 2–3 chapters → revise → solve PYQs → give a mini test. Small wins build confidence. 5️⃣ Balance Weak & Strong Subjects – Work on weak topics but don’t ignore your strengths. A 60:40 balance keeps you safe. 6️⃣ Revise + Learn Together – Lost feeling often comes from forgetting old chapters. Mix 1 hr revision daily with new study. 7️⃣ Give Short Tests – Start with topic/unit tests. Don’t wait for syllabus completion. Tests show progress & direction. 8️⃣ Seek Guidance – If you’re stuck, ask a mentor/teacher. Right guidance can save weeks of wasted effort. 9️⃣ Take Care of Health – A tired brain can’t focus. Sleep 6–8 hrs, eat well, and stay active for sharper concentration. 🔟 Consistency > Intensity – 4–6 hrs focused daily is better than 12 hrs once in a while.
