Can I handle being broke and behind while others move on? 3. Will I still want to do this when I’m exhausted at 3 AM, with a patient’s life in my hands—and zero sleep? This is real. You won’t always have the luxury to say “I’m tired.” 4. Do I really like medicine, or do I just want the status of being a “doctor”? The white coat looks cool—until it’s soaked in sweat, blood, and responsibility. 5. What if I don't crack PG in my first or even second attempt? Will I still keep going—or will I hate the life I chose? 6. Am I okay living most of my 20s inside wards, books, and exams—while watching my friends travel, party, and live "freely"? Jealousy will hit. Hard. Can I stay focused anyway? 7. Can I emotionally handle watching someone die in front of me—then move to the next patient like nothing happened? This isn’t Grey’s Anatomy. It’s messy. It's real. It’s heavy. 8. If I lose the “Doctor” title—will I still respect myself? Because one exam, one year, or one failure doesn’t define you.
