I’ve seen my parents struggle to raise us. They did everything right… and just when it was time for them to breathe, to enjoy life after all the responsibilities, my mumma left this world. That loss changed something in me. I decided I want to travel, to live, to make memories while I can. All my life, I struggled to build a “perfect” life. Now that I finally have it, a loving partner …. want to enjoy it….without guilt. Every small-towner will understand this. Also have some health issues ( degenerative disc disease) so I don’t know in future if I will be able to travel as much as I can now!! Happy, content older parents are better than young, struggling, burnt-out parents. Maybe someday, when we feel we’ve lived enough, we’ll embrace parenthood … But right now — it isn’t our priority. . . . #parenthood #latepregnancy #90sbabies #lovenletlive #behappy
