
Healthy & protein rich breakfast..perfect for your mornings & can be eaten as an evening snack Detailed recipe for Besan dosa wrap - Ingredients - 1. Besan - 3/4 cup 2. rice flour - 1/4 cup 3. turmeric - 1/2 tsp 4. salt - 1/2 tsp 5. red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp 6. ajwain (carom seeds) - 1/4 tsp 7. water - 1/4 cup (or adjust for a smooth consistency batter ) 8. paneer - 50 gms 9. coriander (chopped) - handful 10. onion-tomatoes (chopped) - 1/4 cup 11. green coriander chutney - 1 tsp 12. chaat masala - a pinch 13. oil 14. cheese (optional) Method - 1. in a bowl mix besan, rice flour, salt, turmeric, ajwain & red chilli powder with some water. 2. mix everything to remove besan lumps & to make consistency like dosa batter. 3. grease non stick pan & spread batter like dosa. grease on the edges. 4. put grated paneer (with little salt), chopped onion tomatoes, green chutney/ketchup & some some chaat masala on the dosa as shown in the picture. 5. make a little cut from one side (centre to the edge) & fold the dosa as per the video. 6. top it with some cheese (optional) or some ketchup & enjoy 🙂 #healthyrecipes #recipes #breakfast #healthybreakfastideas #proteinrichfood
