Oats Banana Chocolate cake ~ perfect for your breakfasts Detailed recipe for Oats Banana Chocolate cake :- Ingredients - (makes a small loaf size cake) 1. Banana - 2 (ripe or over ripe) 2. Curd /yogurt - 1/4 cup 3. Peanut butter - 2 tbsp (you can use butter or oil also) 4. Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp 5. oats/ instant oats - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp 6. cocoa powder - 1+1/2 tbsp 7. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp 8. Honey or any sweetener - 1 tbsp (as per taste) 9. almonds/walnuts/choco chips for toppings Method - 1. mash bananas in a bowl. add curd, peanut butter & vanilla essence. mix them well. 2. now add oats, cocoa powder & baking powder. mix everything. 3. add honey or any sweetener of your choice & top it with some nuts or choco chips. 4. in air frier - bake at 160 degrees for 15 mins(till the skewer comes out clear). in oven - bake at 170 degrees for 20 mins. 5. let it cool down & then de-mould. 6. add some chocolate syrup & strawberry on top & enjoy warm 😊 #healthyfood #healthyrecipes #breakfast #breakfastideas #chocolate
