This is ‘The healthiest & tastiest Ice-cream’ I made till date 🍦 Detailed recipe for homemade Magnum - Ingredients - 1. Banana - 1 (medium) 2. Almonds - 10 (blanched peeled) 3. Dates - 2-3 4. Peanut butter - 2 tbsp 5. Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup 6. Milk - 1/4 cup 7. Dark chocolate - 150 gms Method - 1. In a grinder put banana, blanched almond (to blanch almond - soak them overnight or soak them in hot water for 15 mins) 2. add dates, peanut butter, greek yogurt & milk. grind them in a smooth paste. 3. if you want the mixture to be more sweet then add more dates or honey (adjust as per taste) 4. put the creamy mixture in the mould & let it freeze for 4-6 hrs (preferably overnight) 5. dip the ice cream bar in melted dark chocolate & put them in freezer for 10 more minutes & your homemade magnum is ready to enjoy 😊 creamy, healthy & chocolatey #healthyfood #recipes #healthy #summervibes☀️ #magnum
