⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ /5 Mahesh was fascinated by not only the history section, but the many books of all genres. They talked a lot about books, but they also carried out in-depth conversations about other academic subjects. They discussed their favorite authors, characters, and stories. A Poet's Ballad: A Crossword Mystery by Aditya Banerjee is an enthralling mystery read which keeps the readers hooked till the end. This story surprised me with its distinctive allureness. Such a unique literary read. The story revolves around Mahesh Pal, who is planning to start a new life in London, and Aarvi Lal, the daughter of a bookseller who enjoys working in her father's shop. Now they are connected by Devesh Tripathi, who passed away. Devesh leaves a box of possessions for Mahesh to retrieve and sends a series of crosswords to Aarvi to solve. The author, through rich prose, makes everything vivid. The writing style is unique and flawless. The puzzles and the mysteries make it an unputdownable read. I loved the charming setting of Benares city. I got completely wrapped up into the story. I felt like I was deciphering clues with Mahesh and Aarvi. The author effortlessly blends romance and mystery. The language used is lucid and easy to understand. Such a well-written book with well-developed characters. I adored the bonding between Mahesh and Aarvi. Overall, I loved this book and would strongly recommend it to all. Qotd: How do you organizer your Books?
