45 today.. and completely unbothered No illusions and just the truth These may look like random pictures of me. They’re not. They’re moments from different years that shaped my body, my mind, and my nervous system. Between these happy moments there were the days of sadness , stress, anxiety and vulnerability and I am proud to have conquered that on my own.. just with the support of my family and not the outside world. My illusions of the so called outside world is broken in my 40s and I know the reality of life now and ready to step into a new era of midlife.
