They were not just looking at the sacred arts and crafts of India; they were letting themselves be walked with by those people-too-within an experience of 50 years. Their strength, pride, and quiet dignity shine through every page. It reminded me that not all journeys are meaningful when one ticks the place off a map but rather, each of them is made complete by people, shared silences, unexpected lessons, and moments that linger long after you have exited. So if you love books that make you feel, that speak of culture, humanity, and personal transformation, this is one to sit with slowly.
