I’ve grown up watching this literally every single day! My Mom is a Pathologist and head of her department, and my Dad is a Neurologist. Both have extremely busy schedules, but every single morning, since I can remember, this is what I’ve seen! My dad reverses the car and keeps it ready for her. He puts her bag/water bottle in the car beforehand, patiently sees her off and stands there till she reaches the end of the road and only then comes back in and starts getting ready for his own work. Both of them are so busy, but I think it really is about making time for each other in the smallest, everyday ways. If this is not love, then what is!!
