Staying in a traditional South Korean home was honestly one of the most special parts of our trip! It looks simple at first, but the moment you step in, you realise how thoughtful everything is - the wooden interiors, the heated floors - thanks to their traditional Ondol system that warms the room from beneath. We slept on futons placed on the floor & even the beds were heated, which made it so cozy and comforting, especially in the cold. We think this is an experience you shouldn’t miss if you ever visit South Korea!
