How to get there ✈️ • Direct flights from Bengaluru, Kochi & Goa to Agatti airport • From Agatti, you take a boat to your island - ours was about 1.5 hours to Thinnakara island The Permit • Lakshadweep is a protected territory. Every visitor needs an Entry Permit • You can apply for this yourself through the Government portal (which is a bit tedious) or simply let your Resort arrange it for you (the easier option) Where we stayed : Praveg Atolls on Thinnakara island - beautiful cocoon and snail shaped villas with a direct ocean view. The resort handles everything - transfers, permits, activities, food Best time to visit : October to mid-May Resorts start winding up by mid-May due to the monsoon, so plan your trip well in advance!
