
Tofu paratha recipe is an easy to make, prepared with whole wheat flour, crumbled tofu (Soya paneer) and spices. It is a great source of protein and also packed with calcium, iron and magnesium. Ingredients for tofu paratha- (1) Whole wheat flour - 250 gm (2) Tofu (Soya paneer) - 100 g (3) Green chilli finely chopped -2 (4) Cumin seeds - 1tspn (5) Coriander leaves - 2tbsp (6) Garam masala - 1/2 tspn (7)Salt per taste (8)Onion midium size finely chopped - 1 (9) oil for cooking How to make tofu paratha- For dough- In a Bowl add wheat flour ,1/4 tspn salt mix well and add water little by little and mix. Knead to form a soft and smooth dough For stuffing- In a bowl add crumbled tofu (Soya paneer) , onion, cumin seeds,garam masala,green chilli, coriander leaves and salt. Mix till everything is well combined. The stuffing is now ready. Take one of the dough balls and role it in a circle and stuffed the stuffing and role slightly thick.
