In frame - Dark chocolate filled cookies: chocolate filled cookies are super delicious freshly baked eggless cookies with a secret rich chocolate filling inside...trust me these are one of the best cookies. For the ganache: Fresh cream or Heavy cream - 1/2 Cup Chopped dark chocolate - 1+1/4 Cup For the cookies: 1- Salted softened butter - 1/2 Cup 2- Caster sugar - 1/2 Cup 3- Soft brown sugar - 1/4 Cup 4- Plain flour - 1+1/4 Cup 5- Baking soda 1/2 tsp 6- Vanilla essence - 2 tsp 7- Corn flour - 1 TSP 8- Milk 3,4 tbsp 9- brown sugar - 1/4 cup Instructions - To make the ganache: in a saucepan heat cream over medium low heat. Once cream starts to simmer add in chopped dark chocolate and melt it. Turn the heat off and let your ganache cool completely in the fridge For the cookies dough: Beat together butter and sugar till creamy and pale in colour. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add milk little by little to combine the dough. Refrigerate this dough for 30 minutes Take large scoop of cookie dough, flatten on your palm, keep chocolate ganache and fold up the edges of the cookies. Preheat your oven 180 degrees for 10 minutes and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cookies cool down and enjoy this cookies... . . Comment below if you like it ❤️ . . .
