In Frame- Cornflakes Namkeen Cornflakes namkeen also know as cornflakes chivda or cornflakes mixture. It can be prepared as Diwali snacks or as a munching Snacks for evening tea. This dry snacks is usually prepared with cornflakes/makai flakes which is typically deep fried and then used to prepare the chivda. However I have used the breakfast cereal cornflakes and hence I have not deep fried. For flavouring cornflakes mixture you can use your preferred spices. I just added salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and chaat masala.To balance out the taste I suggest to use a teaspoon of sugar powder which gives it nice sugary salty flavour.. . . .
