
Chickpea Salad🥗 perfect for a quick brunch. High in protein, minerals ,& fiber Ingredients...... (1) socked and boiled kabuli chana (white chickpea)1 cup (2) Paneer ( cottage cheese) cubes 3/4 cup (3) Tomato cubes 1/2 cup (4) finely chopped green spring onion 1/4 cup (5) finely chopped parsley 2 tbsp (6) Salt and black pepper powder to taste To be mixed into dressing (1) Olive oil 11/2 tbsp (2) Lemon juice 1 tbsp (3) Salt and black pepper powder to taste (4) Red chilli flakes 1tsp (5) Finely chopped garlic 1TSP (6) cucumber cut in small pieces 1cup Method (1) Combine the chickpea, paneer, tomatoes, black paper, spring onion and prepare the dressing in a bowl and mix well.... (2) Add the olive oil, Salt, black pepper, Red chilli flakes and mix well... Put this in refrigerator for atleast one hour and serve chilled...... . .
