Made with ingredients that I am happy to give to Neil.. 🍫The choc spread is made with millets like ragi, bajra and has no palm oil or added preservatives. It’s sweetened with jaggery and dates . This spread is so much better than most store-bought ones we’ve tried! 🍅The tomato ketchup is made with farm fresh tomatoes, has No MSG or artificial preservatives. Recipe for the hummus is below - 1 cup boiled chickpeas (drained) • ¼ cup lemon juice • 1 clove garlic • 2 tbsp olive oil • ½ tsp cumin • Salt to taste • 2–3 tbsp cold water ✅Blend everything until smooth. Add water to adjust texture. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle paprika if you like, like I do!
