🧘Yoga can be a great way to help kids manage stress before exams! Here are some simple and fun yoga poses to help kids relax, focus, and reduce anxiety: 1.Child’s Pose (Balasana): This pose helps calm the mind and nervous system and relieves tension in the back, neck, and shoulders. ,promotes deep breathing 2.Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana): Sit with your feet together and knees bent out to the sides. Hold your feet with your hands and gently flap your knees up and down like butterfly wings. This pose can help open the hips and encourage relaxation. 3.Tree Pose (Vrksasana): Stand tall, balance on one leg, and place the sole of your other foot on your inner thigh or calf (avoid the knee). Bring your palms together in front of your chest or raise them overhead. This pose helps build concentration, balance, and calmness. practice this balancing pose on both sides . 4.Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana): Start on all fours. Inhale to arch your back (Cow), then exhale to round your back (Cat). Repeat the movement several times. It can help release tension from the spine and encourage deep breathing. Mind get calm down while kid tries to synchronise movement with breathing 5. Savasana (Corpse Pose): Lie flat on your back with arms at your sides, palms facing up. Close your eyes and take deep breaths, letting your body relax completely. This pose calms the mind , reset nervous system and helps children become aware of their breath and body, promoting mindfulness. 6.
