Kids have higher breathing rate 🫁than adults and are thus prone to inhale more indoor dust than adults Also while playing and jumping their breathing rate increases more 1.Dust mites are common reason of asthma in kids from pillows , mattress to carpets they float everywhere Formaldehyde , benzene and toluene are toxic elements of dust mites 👍Use hot water at least130F to clean ur mattress once a week 2.Dirty fan circulate dust and allergens into air and trigger allergies This can lead to coughing , congestion and sneezing 3.Mold seeds from wall get into air and thus breathed in Itchy skin and rashes are often found along with coughing in such infections keep houses well ventilated and use humidifiers use vinegar for visible mold cleaning 4.In tiffins mycotoxins amd other carcinogenic agents are produced from such food borne molds which can cause respiratory , digestive disorders and even disorientation and convulsions itchy nose , watery eyes , coughing , wheezing are some symptoms 👍Initial cleaning: Wash the tiffin box with warm water and dish soap, making sure to clean all crevices. 👍Vinegar solution: Mix equal parts white vinegar and water .Spray the vinegar solution generously on the fungus-affected areas. Allow the vinegar to sit for a few minutes to kill the fungus. Use a soft brush to scrub the surface, particularly in hard-to-reach areas. Rinse the tiffin box with clean water and dry completely.
