It was not a normal Monday morning today for me. The news of @virat.kohli ‘s retirement has brought immense sadness, yet my heart is full. As I penned this down, tears trickled down my cheeks. The man, the myth, the legend who made all Indians scream with joy has decided to retire. As his die-hard fan, my heart feels heavy. I am numb, I am sad, I am agitated and I don’t know what. He deserved atleast one farewell series. Was looking forward to the England tour, where his beautiful cover drives would feel like poetry in motion, his aggression would break the opponents’ confidence and his smile would bring a smile on every Indian’s face.
