:: LAL MANDIR :: Day 70 - #ProjectKolkata . Location: Sobhabazar, Kolkata . If you are near Sobhabazar metro station, you would come across a red temple in the middle of the road. The Lal Mandir, or quite literally the red temple, is around 250 years old. It was initially a mud house which was later built into a temple by the Sobhabazar Rajbari. It is assumed that there is a tunnel beneath the temple that connects the inner houses of the Sobhabazar Rajbari.
