
Can you guess my favourite colour now?😛🩷😂 Beetroot hummus recipe: 1. Take 1 cup overnight soaked chickpeas. Boil them next day. Add it to a blender along with 1 boiled and cut beetroot (just boil it for 5 mins). 2. Add 3-4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds, 4tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp salt. 1/2 lemon juice or 1 tbsp lemon juice. 3. Add 4-5 ice cubes and blend everything together. Check the consistency if you need more think consistency add little bit of cold water and blend again. 4. Garnish with olive oil, mint leaves, sesame seeds and serve with lavash, crackers, breads, wraps anything you like.
