
Perfect way to start your Monday morning 😍🙈🙌 Aloo paneer stuffed bread pakoda: For stuffing: -Add 2-3 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, add 3 boiled potato (2 incase you use large potatoes) mash it. Add pinch of hing and 1 tsp (red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder) salt as per taste and mix everything well. -Add 1/2 tbsp lemon juice and mix it well. Let it cool down. -Take bread add the stuffing, add paneer slice add another bread. Dip it into the besan mixture and then fry it. -For besan mixture take 1 cup besan, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp ajwain, add water gradually to get a good consistency mixture (use around less than 1 cup), now add 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp hot oil and give it a good mix. -Coat the stuffed breads with it and deep fry.
