Take 2 cups of besan, 2 tsp red chilly powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, salt as per taste, grated ginger 1/2 tsp, pinch of hing, 1/2 cup tamarind water, 1 tbsp jaggery (dissolved in water) or else use 1 tbsp of tamarind chutney (dissolved in 1/3 cup water). 2. Mix everything add water to make the consistency as shown in the video. 3. Take arbi leaves, wash them and cut the hard vein part. Turn the leaves upside down add paste, add leaves as shown in the video in other direction and repeat the process. 4. Start folding the leaves and then steam it for 15-20mins. Then let it cool down and prepare tadka. After cool down cut it into pieces. 5. For tadka take oil, add 2 tsp mustard seeds, 2 tsp sesame seeds, curry leaves and then add Patra pieces.
