🫶One month of commitment to self-growth and self-control, and we did it! 🙋🏻‍♀️Here is your Internationally certified wellness instructor! As a mother, it is never easy for anyone to switch and step-out from day to day chores, responsibilities and pursue something that requires discipline and detachment from the outer world. Some might opine saying single mothers have less responsibilities (that I hate) as they don’t have a husband or in-laws (trust me I get that a lot) to take care of but it is also about how far you would go to follow your chosen path. How much are you ready to fight the famous ‘mom-guilt’, ‘what others will say’ and your own mental barriers? While I was away my daughter was with my parents. We had 8-9 hours of training everyday which included about 5 hours of intensive yoga, I would get exhausted sleep early wake up at 4:30 am for the classes. The schedule was super busy so I didn’t take any calls and only called my daughter and family twice a day and while I focused my course she enjoyed her summer time with her favourite people getting all the love and care. I came back home after a month and the world was still operating as I left. I learned to prioritise, compartmentalise and stabilise, I come back calmer and want to hold on to this 🙏🏼🌼 I have so much gratitude for maa papa, if you have a support system, please give yourself a chance and pursue something you have been longing to and do not let anyone make you feel guilty about it. You got this 🤗❤️
