My pick from @casparsbageri 1) Intense Chocolate & English Toffee entremet cake — glossy, layered, melt-slow chocolate with a toffee crunch that actually lingers. 2) Classic éclair — light choux, proper vanilla cream, snappy chocolate cap. 3) Candied orange, hazelnut & 35% malted milk chocolate cookie — chewy, nutty, citrus-bright, dangerously repeatable. If you’re hunting celebration cakes, artisanal cake, or just saving ideas for gourmet bakes and ordering in, this one was on my shortlist. And my god I was soooo happy after trying it! Craving cookies with real texture and flavour? That malted milk cookie is the cheat code.
