
here I am—still working through the upper back pain 🥲 Spinal yoga has definitely been helping me. it’s simple but powerful—it releases the tension that builds up from sitting too long, stress, and bad posture. these gentle stretches: • ease stiffness in shoulders + neck • open the chest so I can breathe deeper • improve circulation and posture over time I love how much awareness can be brought to your body just by doing a 20 minute practice. it’s about giving your spine a little daily care. i’m practicing a course for @jogashala_studio and loving every bit of it!
