i’ve been feeling pretty low this past week. maybe the whole month tbh. not sad exactly, just… uncertain, slow. like i’m watching my to-do list from across the room and pretending it can’t see me. maybe it’s the heat (pls jaipur calm down?) or maybe it’s just one of those phases where things don’t feel right. i’ve only been doing the bare minimum — the things that absolutely have to be done. and in the middle of all that, self-help information from all across the globe found my algorithm and started making me feel worse. it’s so backwards — like i’d scroll through all these “fix your mindset” “wake up at 5am” “eat this not that” posts thinking what tf am i doing wrong? so tried doing flower mandalas. no big meaning behind it — i just needed something small that also felt grounding. i’d go out, pick up (not pluck!!) little flowers from around the garden or park, come home and arrange them however i felt like. no goal, no pressure, no “productivity hack” — only 10 minutes of presence. so I’m sharing 7 days of these mandalas — not as a tip or a fix, just as a little reminder that it might not look like much, but if it helps you, it counts🫶
