Add them fresh in the morning for best taste and look. • You can layer a fruit compote (stewed fruits) if you want to prep in advance. • Make a base mix of oats + chia + milk/yogurt + spice and soak overnight in fridge. 🤷🏻♀️❌❌ It can lead to bacteria growth, nutrition loss etc etc… ✅ Best Practice: • Soak oats and chia alone overnight with milk/yogurt. • Add fresh fruits just before eating. • If you must prep in advance, store fruits separately in airtight containers and mix in the morning.
