This is just a few days before I found out I was pregnant. Yes — I was bloated, a little tired, and had no idea my life was about to change. 🤷🏻♀️🤰 But what I do know is: I had worked for this. I had prepared my body. 🎀🍛🍇🍉🍎 I was diagnosed with PCOS and thyroid. My reports were bad. But I took the challenge seriously. Here’s how I did it naturally, with no meds: • Lost 6 kg with a consistent healthy routine • Weight lifting 4 days/week (it’s crucial!) • High protein, low carb, no sugar — but yes, jaggery helped me during winter • Coconut water, smoothies, juices — lots of liquids • Afternoon meals always had salad & ghee • Same breakfast for 15 days before switching (worked for me!) • No pink salt anymore — switched to white salt • Cheat day desserts? YES. But controlled. • Good sleep, low screen time, calm mind • Therapeutic self-care: music, reading, skincare, meditation • Less scrolling, more healing And guess what? PCOS does NOT mean you can’t get pregnant. It’s a lifestyle condition. #pcos #pcosweightlossjourney #pcosjourney #pcospregnancy #pcossupport #pcod #thyroid #lhealthylifestyle #pregnancydiary #pregnantandfit #explorepage✨ #lifestylechanges #pcosawareness
