1. Studying Everything, Mastering Nothing I jumped from one teacher to another, one book to another. ➡️ I knew everything, but remembered nothing. ✅ Stick to 1 resource per subject and revise it till you’re bored. 2. No Fixed Daily Schedule Some days I studied 10 hrs, some days nothing. ➡️ Inconsistency killed my progress. ✅ Discipline > Motivation. Show up daily, not occasionally. 3. Avoiding Mock Tests I delayed tests thinking “I’ll give once I’m ready.” ➡️ Truth: I was never fully ready. ✅ Start giving weekly mocks early. You improve through them, not before them. 4. Only Watching Lectures, Not Practicing I watched hours of lectures thinking I was “studying.” ➡️ But without solving questions, it’s just Netflix. ✅ Learn → Revise → Solve daily questions → Repeat. 5. Getting Addicted to Motivation Videos I watched so many topper stories and study vlogs… ➡️ Felt inspired, but did nothing. ✅ Watch 1 video if needed — then shut it down and get to work. 6. Constantly Comparing with Others I wasted hours scrolling toppers’ marks and “how they cracked it.” ➡️ It drained my confidence. ✅ Your competition is with yesterday’s version of you. That’s it. 7. Ignoring My Health I slept late, skipped meals, never exercised. ➡️ I felt tired, irritable, and forgetful. ✅ 7–8 hrs sleep. Eat clean. Move your body. Health = energy to study. 8. Not Revising on Time I told myself “I’ll revise later.” ➡️ I forgot everything by the time “later” came. ✅ Revise weekly. Don’t leave it for the last 1 month. 9. Not Tracking My Mistakes I gave tests, but didn’t check why I got things wrong. ➡️ I repeated the same errors again and again. ✅ Make a “mistake copy.” Revisit it every week. 10. Waiting for the “Perfect Time” I thought I needed more time, better mood, better notes… ➡️ Days passed. Nothing changed. ✅ Start. Even if it's messy. Even if it's just 1 chapter. START. 💡 Final Truth: A drop year doesn’t guarantee success. ✅ Smart strategy + consistency + brutal honesty = NEET rank. 🧠 Want to Avoid These Mistakes?
