If your self-worth depends on a relationship, you’re not ready for either MBBS or love. 3. “I just need to balance everything perfectly.” There’s no perfect balance. Some days, you’ll collapse after 2 hours of study. Other days, you’ll feel unstoppable. Ride the wave, don’t fake the calm. 4. “Everyone else is ahead of me.” Trust me — most are just pretending. The real toppers are too busy studying to post stories. Don’t fall for highlight reels. 5. “If I study all night, I’m productive.” No. If you’re tired, unfocused, and just awake — that’s not hustle, that’s self-sabotage. 6. “If I’m procrastinating, I’m lazy.” No, you're probably overwhelmed. Start with one page, one question, one step. The problem isn’t laziness — it’s inertia. 7. “Once I finish first year, it’ll get easier.” Every year comes with its own breakdowns. You don’t get stronger by hoping it’ll get easier — you grow by getting better at facing it. 8. “I need motivation.” No. You need clarity. And courage.
