What began as two girlfriends checking in on each other through some of the hardest times has blossomed into something we’re beyond proud to share with the world. 🌿 At the height of our struggles, we were both facing debilitating hormonal imbalances—me, in postpartum, sleepless for months, spiraling into anxiety, and experiencing early signs of perimenopause. It was terrifying. I was desperate for answers, crying to every woman I knew, until I was connected with a hormone doctor who helped me realize my progesterone was dangerously low. @romanakassam had her own battles with major hormonal imbalances that deeply affected her well-being and livelihood. But through it all, we supported each other with daily check-ins and care. That’s when the seed for @astewellness was planted. 🌸 We set out to build something different—a wellness brand rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom but designed for women also navigating the journey of being a woman today.
