The actress shared why she has been single at the age of 50 and revealed what was the thing that actually held her back from getting married. Ameesha recently appeared on Ranveer Allahbadia’s podcast and revealed the real reason behind why she has been single. She shared that she was fine with the idea of dating if her partner was supportive of her career goals. She also remembered how her first and last relationships ended, as she had given her career the utmost priority. Speaking on why she has been single, she remembered how she gave her best in love, but her ex-partner did not want her to be in the public eye. Ameesha shared: “People who love you will let your career prosper. I have lost a lot in my career, and I have also lost a lot for love. I have given up both things for the other, and I think that I have learnt from both. For example, I had one serious relationship, and it was before I joined films. He belonged to a very big industrial family from South Bombay, like mine. Had the same background and education, and the family setup was the same.
