Episode 1 is all about the South Indian Dosa Platter warm, cozy, and full of flavor. This platter is my idea of comfort food after Durga Puja when the weather turns cozy, the city slows down, and all you want is a warm homemade meal. I made everything from scratch (except the dosa mix!) because good food doesn’t have to be complicated, just made with heart 💛
