Sharing pics of a wonderful noon spent at my dear friend @manishasankhe ‘s abode who had hosted a fabulous lunch in the honour of our dear friend @exploresareeswithmeena who has recently shifted to Mumbai. Meena is my virtual friend whom I had met through my gram post over last 4 years & I always had a yearning to meet her in person & eventually the universe did make this happen !! Meena is such a wonderful soul who exudes laughter, joy & warmth &spreads positive vibes !! We friends shared a very warm camaraderie over sumptuous wide spread lunch floated by Manisha & as always her warm & meticulous hospitality has my 🫶 We all friends bonded over our common love for saree draping & effortlessly soaking in a warm continued conversations over managing our home front , our youngster children & different types of weaves & So On... For our meet I had chosen to repeat my 18 year old dual tone silk saree with golden floral motif border & a somber embroidered pallu. This saree is very close to my heart as it was gifted by one of my aunt whom I have lost now & certainly draping this one floods in a lot of sweet memories for me.
