my skin cycling routine :) I get a lot of requests for a breakdown of my skincare routine, every time someone sees me in my Clinic .. so thought I would break it down for you !! Skinn cycling is something I have been practising and promoting since a very long time , it is one of those trends that was scientifically backed and had everything going for it .. It is a perfect way to use multiple active in a control manner, allowing your skin, a break to rest and recoup and repair as well Skincare is so personal and should be curated around your skin! I have combination skin, dark spots, acne prone, and focus on collagen production. . This is just a PM routine that works for me.
