A case has been registered at PS Malviya Nagar under BNS sections 79, 351(2), 3(5) and 196 against Harsh Singh and his wife Ruby Jain, residents of Malviya Nagar, over alleged racial abuse and criminal intimidation. Police said that on February 20 around 3:30 pm, three women tenants were getting electrical work done at their rented house when dust fell into the accused’s flat below. The couple allegedly abused them, made racist remarks about their North-East origin, used objectionable language, insulted their modesty and threatened them.
