
^^ Swipe …. Last year in March, I had fractured my ankle and was on bed for a month with a plaster followed by 3 months of physiotherapy. The first picture is of me when I was still going for physiotherapy. In November I started my personal training with @pavneetchhabraa with the intension of strengthening my body. We had a slow start obviously because of my foot, I had balance issues and couldn't do a lot of things. In about a month's time I started feeling stronger. I did personal training for 3-4 months and then I started with my CrossFit batch workouts too. This is not really an intended weightloss transformation journey rather more like overall fitness /strengthening my body inside out by doing weight training and eating right and making sustainable lifestyle changes. Though on weighing scale I haven't lost much weight may be like 2-3 Kgs and I didn't want to lose weight because I was never overweight. But damn! I have never been so toned and so strong as I am currently in my 30s. I have lost fat and gained some muscle mass so scale doesn't show the difference but I feel so much more stronger compared to when I started 💪🏽 and I have never looked so toned and in shape 🙌🏻. When I started my personal training; slowly and steadily I have been making tiny lifestyle changes that have given me the results I needed. @pavneetchhabraa guided me not just about the workouts and form but also about nutrition and since then I have never stopped learning and diving deeper every single day. Your goal can be different than mine but consistency and sustainable lifestyle changes is the only way forward 🙌🏻.
