PCOS Meal Idea: Parwal (Pointed Gourd) + Amla (Indian Gooseberry) + Besan-Bajra Cheela + Salad 🙆🏻♀️ 🙆🏻♀️ WHY AMLA? 😎 A 100-gram serving of fresh amla berries contains as much vitamin C as 20 oranges. It promotes immune function, enhances liver health, supports healthy digestion, promotes heart health, helps increase hair growth and improves kidney health🥰 😌 SIMPLE AMLA RECIPE: In a spoon of yellow mustard oil, saute some mustard seeds, green chillies, and some chopped onion. Add boiled amla (boil with 4-5 spoons of water in a pressure cooker). Add salt and turmeric. Add two spoons of the water from the pressure cooker you cooked amla in. Cover and cook for ten mins. TADAAAAA! 🙆🏻♀️ Parwal or pointed gourd is a seasonal monsoon vegetable. It is rich in various antioxidants, Vitamin A and C, which help in boosting the immune system and keeps you away from cold, cough and headaches. It also helps with managing blood sugar! 🙆🏻♀️ For the cheela,I just add almost equal amounts of besan and bajra in water (make it watery- not too thick, but not toooo watery- honestly you will get this with practice only), add some salt, ajwain and kasoori methi. Mix and cook on a pan with ghee. 🙆🏻♀️ And salad is always good. . . . . . . . . . . . . . #pcos #pcod #gynaecologist #endocrinology #pcosweightloss #pcosdiet #pcosawareness #pcospregnancy #pcossupport #pcosfighter #pcoswarrior #pcosdoctor #guthealth #gut #probiotics #snack #pcoscare #healthysnacks #recipes #healthyeating #amla #glutenfree #vegan #glutenfreeeats
